Roles At Future Focused Therapies
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
As a BCBA at Future Focused Therapies, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each child. Your role involves conducting assessments, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families to ensure the highest quality of care. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
As a BCaBA at Future Focused Therapies, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team by assisting in the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs. Working closely under the supervision of a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and provide direct therapy as needed. Your responsibilities will include data collection, analysis, and ensuring the consistency of interventions across various settings.
